I was inspired by the opening of Disney & Pixar's Monsters, INC when brainstorming about this motion graphics project. I wanted to give the same funky, jazz feeling when viewed.

Created a set of icons for signage use in an airport, then animated one as an example.
Process Work for Airport Icons
I was inspired by minimalistic icons and wanted to create my own version of them. Some of the icons included are as follows in order: Escalator (Up), Restrooms, Translator, Cafe, Bus Station, Food Court, Escalator (Down), Plane (Boarding), Seating Area, World Map, Taxi Station, Baggage Claim, ATM, Passport Station, Ticket Station.
